Job description

Job Summary

Acme is looking for a high energy individual to support enterprise-wide culture project. The intern will be involved in developing the design for culture diagnostics and further designing and delivering certain parts of the culture initiative.  The position will report to the Director of Talent and OD and will be based at San Jose.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessment of current culture attributes, desired cultural attributes
  • Stakeholder inputs and validation (using focus groups and other methods)
  • Designing the “Acme Habits” manifesto
  • Conducting culture sessions to elicit inputs from employees
  • Developing the plan for implementation (including communication, design)
  • Creative thinking and delivery plan to embed cultural practices in the workplace, processes and programs


Requirements: 

  • Research mindset balanced with sharp execution abilities
  • Ability to analyze behavioral data and draw conclusions
  • Communication, writing and creativity skills would be an added plus

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Currently pursuing Masters degree
  • Behavioral science, org/social psychology background would be a plus
