Human Resource Executive (Leadership & Career Development)

[What the role is]

You will be part of the HR team responsible for driving HDB’s leadership and talent management initiatives.

[What you will be working on]

Your key responsibilities will include supporting promotion and job evaluation exercises, the deployment of appointment holders and talents, as well as preparing relevant profiles, statistics, and reports to facilitate decision-making. You will also contribute to broader talent management efforts, including succession planning and the administration of talent development programmes.

[What we are looking for]

You should possess good communication and interpersonal skills. You should be meticulous, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities while delivering quality work within tight timelines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required. Relevant HR qualifications and/or prior experience in talent management, career development, or related HR functions will be an advantage.
