Human Resource Director

Our client is a Global providers of single-use surgical and wound care products and a service provider to the health care sector. (Location: Bangplee, Thailand)

-  Initially define, implement and measure in accordance
   with the client and Human Resources corporate strategy
   for Thailand in function of recruitment,
   utilize health & safety, working environment, people &
   organization development and retain all work force
   and management team to accomplish the company's
   objective in an efficient and economic budget.

-  Consult and conduct negotiations with industrial trade
   union.

-  Ensure that the compliance by the company with its
    legal obligation and Interantional standard
   and or requirement.

-  Lead the social accountability and local community for
    the client.

-  University degree with equivalent experience or
   Master degree in public administration/business.

-  Minimum 10 years experience in equivalent function
   and experience.

-  International Organization or company experience
   especially factory oriented.

-  Specific to well organize the labor relation and
   industrial trade union.
