Hub Sort Senior Data Management

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the team lead for the Data Management (DM) function, providing guidance and support to team members.
• Partner with the DM Supervisor to oversee daily operational activities and ensure service delivery objectives are met.
• Coordinate and communicate with local centers and overseas hubs to resolve data discrepancies, exceptions, and operational issues.
• Monitor, investigate, and escalate data-related concerns as needed to ensure timely resolution.
• Prepare, track, and follow up on operational reports, performance metrics, and action items.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance data accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with operational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent college education required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative, data management, or operational support roles.
• Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and data management systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across local and international teams.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
