HSE Analyst

We are recruiting an experienced HSE Analyst for a Saudi government-backed Vocational & Technical Institute. This role is ideal for professionals with strong expertise in Health, Safety, and Environment systems, compliance, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and workplace audits.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
• Analyze HSE performance data and recommend improvements.
• Support safety awareness programs and employee training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international HSE standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant HSE experience, preferably within a vocational training institute, Oil & Gas, EPC, industrial, or construction environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, or equivalent are highly preferred.
• Previous GCC experience is preferred.
• Strong English communication and reporting skills.
