The client is seeking a HRIS Analyst with more than 5 years of experience with HRIS. This role is more technical than functional. The analyst will be required to design, develop, maintain and manage HRIS while providing end user support. The incumbent will also be required to create reports detailing and interpreting data analysis of end user security established and enforced through the development of the HRIS. Regular audits will be conducted on the system for monitoring and reporting trends in HRIS, as well as, stay informed of these trends with relation to product and service, development, delivery and support and how they apply to certain technologies.

  • Must have full knowledge and experience of the full implementation cycle of the HRIS system and other HR systems for querying/reporting, as well as, User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
  • Compact skill and know-how when it comes to the design, structure functions and processes of the HRIS database;
  • Knowledge of general HR functions, including but not limited to, suitability for benefits, hiring, termination and payroll related transactions;
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Information Technology or a related area;
  • Experience with Cornerstone or PeopleSoft is a must; and
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office is required.
