1- Sourcing Candidate from different sources like Portals
2- Taking Interviews of the candidates over the phone in order to check their communications and job profiles they are looking for, Lining up them for Interviews
3- Co ordinate with Client/ Co. HR & to understand the their requirement.
4- Follow ups with the clients as well as Candidates for updates.
5- Also will be responsible to handle a team for HR Recruiters.
