Position Overview:

The HR Talent Programs Specialist develops, implements, and maintains salary structures, and provides support for performance management, compensation analysis and maintenance of position and job description documentation. This role will work with the HR team to create and maintain job descriptions, salary bands, and manage employee performance for the company. The HR Talent Programs Specialist is also responsible for working with CCM managers to enhance CCM talent development and provide support for a broad variety of HR functions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze position data against survey data and other compensation tools to determine competitive salary bands for all positions.

  • Consult with HR managers and corporate managers and departments to determine HRIS and structure needs.

  • Maintain and update salary structures and compensation grades as needed.

  • Develop and maintain job descriptions, organizational charts, and salary bands.

  • Maintain and audit job profiles, and other job-related attributes in the HRIS.

  • Prepare and maintain job descriptions for all positions; assess job duties to determine appropriate salary bands considering market data and internal equity.

  • Process job changes including transfers, compensation, and other updates in Workday.

  • Administer the corporate performance management process in Workday; maintains all performance management and compensation related documentation.

  • Provide strategy, guidance, and training to managers on performance management, job descriptions, promotions, reclassifications, and salary adjustments.

  • Service as the primary point of contact for performance management, salary bands and job description updates.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements, including FLSA, EEOC and pay equity policies.

  • Prepare detailed compensation reports and presentations to support business decisions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related degree, preferred.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources focused on performance management, training and/or compensation.

  • Experience utilizing Workday HRIS system, preferred.

  • Experience in compensation and related activities preferred.

  • Experience in maintaining confidential information.

  • Skilled in analyzing data, identifying trends, and recommending strategic solutions.

  • Skilled in managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication skills.
