Responsible for coordinating training & learning processes, plans, programs, through detection of training and learning needs and the identification of the required competencies, considering the corporate guidelines, and adhering to the current legal framework.
- Define and implement the strategy for the training and learning area with the support of Backoffice Team Leader.
- Align the learning and training strategy and global/local policies of the organization to the specific needs elaborating local procedures.
- Identify and analyze the training and development needs based on the evaluation of competencies through internal systems and others such as individual career development plans alongside HRP
- Identify and develop internal and external suppliers to meet expectations of time, quality and cost required.
- Administration of training and learning KPIs to identify areas of opportunity and improvement.
- Implement the training and development plans.
- Manage training plans through IT tools
- Develop and run tools to assess training effectiveness
- Ensure the quality of learning plans.
- Comply with legal and labor local requirements
- Degree in Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related.
- Advanced English language skills
- 3-5 years of HR experience in different areas (Organizational Development, training, and development)
