Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

(1). Support the compensation proposal and employment offer workflows.

(2). Supporting the compensation department with its operational tasks and business execution.

(3). Preparation of compensation data and correct data as necessary.

(4). Coordinate and participate in compensation and benefits surveys.

(5). Handling the application process of work permits for foreign employees coming to Taiwan.

Qualifications:

1. University degree or above.

2. Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in HR field.

3. Knowledge of HR related law.

4. Good working attitude and team-player.

5. Good communication & interpersonal skill

6. Fluent in English.
