As an HR Reporting and Process Intern. This role is focused on collaborating in data cleaning, data standardization, and automation of HR processes across different systems.

What You´ll Do

    • Clean, validate, and standardize employee data across HR platforms 
    • Identify duplicate, incomplete, inaccurate, or inconsistent records on our data and our processes and implement corrective actions into all our systems. 
    • Support reviewing organizational structures, job titles, departments, and employee information to ensure consistency across systems and updating massive data into HiBob or Workable.  
    • Build general HR reports.  
    • Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and other stakeholders to improve process automation. 

Requirements

What You’ll Need

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 
    • Advanced Excel skills including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and data validation techniques. Nice to have Power BI knowledge. 
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
    • Ability to organize information in a structured and logical way 
    • Think outside the box when making process automations. 
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
