What You’ll Do

  • Partner with leaders to support team effectiveness, organizational development, and the smooth implementation of change initiatives

  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach on people-related topics, supporting managers in navigating everyday challenges

  • Provide guidance on labor law, policies, and employee relations, ensuring a fair, consistent, and compliant approach

  • Support and oversee key HR processes across the employee lifecycle, in collaboration with HR teams and shared services

  • Contribute to talent and succession planning, supporting development, capability building, and long-term growth

  • Encourage engagement initiatives and help foster an inclusive and supportive team environment

  • Use data and insights to identify trends and contribute to practical, people-focused solutions.

What We’re Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar industry and fast-paced environment, in a business-facing or HR partnering role, with the ability to navigate complexity with confidence and care

  • Strong coaching and consulting skills, with a thoughtful approach to supporting leaders and teams through everyday challenges

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a strong focus on employee experience, engagement, and business needs

  • Experience supporting organizational design and acting as a change partner in evolving or ambiguous environments

  • Solid experience in employee relations and talent management within matrix organizations, with a collaborative and inclusive approach

  • Good understanding of the legal and compliance landscape, with knowledge of Luxembourg labor law considered an asset

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and French; additional languages such as German or Luxembourgish are a plus.
