This is an opportunity to be a part of the human resources team that plays a crucial role in enabling talent attraction, engagement, and retention for PACCAR India, and generate stakeholder value by enabling enhanced benefits management.
The Manager - Human Resources is responsible for leading Talent Management, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Workforce Analytics, and HR Governance programs for PACCAR India. The role partners closely with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and global HR teams to attract, develop, engage, and retain talent. The position drives organizational capability, succession planning, performance management, rewards strategy, and data-driven HR decision-making to support business growth and employee experience.
Talent Management & Succession Planning
- Lead the development and execution of talent management strategies aligned with business goals.
- Drive talent reviews and succession planning processes across the organization.
Performance Management
- Coordinate and administer the performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual evaluations.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management policies and processes.
- Analyze performance data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Learning & Development
- Build annual capability-building strategy aligned with business priorities
- Design and lead leadership development and career growth programs
- Partner with external learning providers and internal SMEs
- Drive learning impact measurement and ROI
Employee Development & Career Management
- Promote career development frameworks and internal mobility programs
- Support talent assessments and career pathing initiatives
Workforce Analytics & Reporting
- Generate actionable insights through workforce analytics to support strategic talent and rewards decisions.
- Develop dashboards and reports on succession readiness, performance outcomes, retention, and talent pipeline health.
Total Reward Strategy
- Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's Total Rewards philosophy and strategy.
- Conduct external market research to identify emerging compensation and benefits trends.
- Provide recommendations to improve competitiveness and employee value proposition
- Manage the annual merit process, job evaluations and pay equity reviews
- Manage the full scope of country benefits including health, retirement, life, accident, disability, wellness, and ancillary programs.
Compliance & Governance
- Lead statutory HR compliance reviews and audits.
- Own and deliver outcomes of multiple compliance related projects/program areas
- Partner with Legal, Finance and external consultants on compliance initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify organizational capability needs.
- Lead HR projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across HR programs.
Knowledge & Skills REQUIRED:
Education Requirements:
- Masters’ degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent is required.
Total Years of Experience Required:
- 15-18 years of progressive HR experience with significant experience in Talent Management, Total Rewards, Organizational Development, and HR Programs.
- Minimum 5 years in a specialist HR COE role.
