Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives for our Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau cluster. This role is pivotal in developing and executing HR strategies, ensuring consistency of HR programs, and partnering with business leaders to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to the General Manager and cluster leadership team.

  • Develop and implement cluster HR policies, processes, and strategies.

  • Provide expert HR advice and support to internal clients.

  • Lead initiatives to align organizational culture with business objectives.

  • Manage compensation programs and ensure compliance with local regulations.

  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract top talent.

  • Execute talent management and development initiatives.

  • Support performance management processes and drive best practices.

  • Ensure compliance with HR practices and regulations.

  • Develop and execute employee engagement programs and initiatives.

  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

Knowledge & Experience:

  • University graduate, preferably in HR or related discipline; master’s degree preferred.

  • 8years+ of HR experience in multinational companies.

  • Experience at regional/cluster level preferred.

  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
