About the role
Human resources managers plan, coordinate, and direct the administrative functions of an organization. They oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff; consult with top executives on strategic planning; and serve as a link between an organization's management and its employees.

- Manage benefits and work with broker during renewal
- Coach managers through performance and disciplinary conversation
- Drive strategic initiatives with input from leadership team
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an HR Manager
- Ability to manage up with executives
- Experience managing a team
- Bonus points for SHRM, CPHR, Master Degree
