Job Description:

1.      Manage 100 to 200 Employees

2.     Create & Improve Documentation 

3.     Recruitment Especially Techincal Profiles (ex - Node js)

4.     Campus Recruitment

5.     Appraisals

6.     People Management, Orientation, Communication, Training, Empowering, Reporting, Human Capital Resource Management

Desired Skills and Experience:

1.      Experienced in Managing 100- 200 Employees

2.     Experienced in documentation with regards to Reporting, Appraisals, Human Resource Management, People Management, etc

3.     Must be a Graduate from a good University, with MBA in HR

4.     Good understanding of Team Management

5.     Minimum 6-12 Years of experience 

6.     Excellent presentation & communication skills
