HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship provides hands-on experience in core HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. It’s an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure in a fast-paced corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment and selection processes (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling)
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in organizing training sessions and employee engagement initiatives
• Provide support in HR administrative tasks (documentation, filing, reports)
• Help prepare HR reports and presentations
• Respond to employee inquiries and escalate when needed
• Assist with internal communication and HR projects

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous internship or experience in HR or administration
• Familiarity with HR systems or tools
• Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
