Job Responsibilities:

Objective:

To provide support to the Engineering Human Resources department by assisting with administrative and operational activities related to Recruiting, Talent Management, Training, HRIS Administration, Employee Onboarding, and Employee Relations support, contributing to the effective execution of departmental processes while gaining professional experience in HR.

 

Knowledge:

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Basic knowledge of Human Resources processes.
  • Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.

Education:

Currently pursuing the final semesters of a Bachelor's degree or recently graduated in one of the following fields:

Human Resources, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
