Job description

 

Based at our France headquarters in Elancourt (78) and reporting to the HR Manager for France & the Netherlands, you will be involved in a wide range of HR activities within an international and multicultural environment.

 

As such, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting recruitment activities for the France subsidiary (job posting drafting and publishing, sourcing, interviews, etc.)
  • Contributing to the development of a dynamic and attractive employer brand for AMETEK
  • Participating in internal communication initiatives (updating the organizational chart and intranet, drafting HR materials and communications, organizing events, etc.)
  • Promoting AMETEK’s employer brand
  • Deploying the France training plan (identifying employee training needs, organizing training logistics, liaising with training providers, etc.)
  • Contributing to the maintenance and updating of internal HRIS tools
  • Participating in various HR projects according to annual priorities and business needs (creation of employee guides, process formalization, policy updates, etc.)
  • Depending on business needs, providing HR support to the Italian HR team on specific topics

 

Profile:

  • You are seeking a work-study (apprenticeship) position at Bachelor’s or Master’s level (3rd to 5th year) in Human Resources, starting September 2025
  • You have a first experience in generalist HR or HR development (internship or apprenticeship)
  • You have strong interpersonal skills combined with excellent written communication abilities
  • You are well-organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • You are comfortable communicating orally and in writing in English with international stakeholders
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with HR and digital tools
