HR Generalist (all genders)

Your responsibilities and opportunities:

• Close collaboration and alignment within a regional HR team
• Support in the development and implementation of our global HR strategy across recruitment, employee development, organizational structure, and compensation & benefits
• End-to-end support for employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle for a defined population
• Guidance and support to managers on all HR-related topics
• HR administration (including preparation and amendment of employment contracts, handling individual HR measures, system administration, and data maintenance)
• Planning and coordination of training activities in cooperation with relevant departments
• Recruitment of blue- and white-collar employees for the assigned area
• Preparation of analyses, reports, and statistics
• Trusted collaboration with the local works council
• Participation in various HR projects and support for HR-related audits
• Support to the HR Line Manager

Your profile 

• Degree in business administration with a focus on HR or a comparable qualification
• Relevant professional experience in HR and solid knowledge of labor and social security law
• Reliable, independent, and self-driven working style
• Empathetic and confident personality, strong communication skills, team spirit, and a hands-on mindset
• Strong MS Office skills, fluent German and very good English (written and spoken)
• Basic experience with HR systems, ideally Workday
• Experience working with works councils is a plus
