• Take first round of interview.
• Coordinate the interview with the respective department.
• Joining formalities.
• Maintain employee personal file.
• Leaves and Attendance Management.
• Handle all the queries of the employees. Be it related to Salary, Leaves, Attendance,
• Motivate the employees on day-to-day basis.
• Handle administration activities.
• Confirmations, Performance Appraisals, Performance Management.
• Exit-Interviews, Warning Letter and termination letter etc.
• Full and Final Settlement.

Skills :

• Good communication.
• Good computer knowledge.
• Should be self starter
