-Developing process and parameters to gauge employees performance

-MIS : Maintenance of HR Data in the system with 100% accuracy. Creates, maintains, and ensures quality assurance of key human resources data sets, reports, and metrics.

-Hands on exposure to HRMS.

 -Supports the Human Resource leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
