Job Description:

1. MUST have experience of IT hiring.
2. Candidates follow ups, Interview handling, Advertising about current openings
3. Leave & attendance management

4. MUST have knowledge of basic HR role & responsibilities.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

6. Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives
7. Handling recruitment process & training
8. Responding to phone calls & E-mails.
9. Grievance Handling.
10. Any other duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Desired Skills:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

2. Quick learner, hard worker & Well versed in MS Excel

3. Should have basic Knowledge of HR generalist & Recruitment.
