JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Implement HR policies and procedures as established by the company and make every one aware of the value of these processes by Reviewing and auditing at regular Intervals.
• Suggest appropriate improvements and changes in policy and system to management whenever required.
• Facilitate communication meetings of cross functional teams and enable better interaction and understanding between them.
• To clearly study the business process and understand the manpower needs of all units.
• Forecast the future demand and supply of manpower, prepare the budget accordingly, establish the same and maintain the budget & Ensure employee costs are maintained within the budgets.
• Ensure that the recruitment plan is prepared and the same is compared with the manpower plan.
• Responsible for effective implementation of recruitment process such that potential people are recruited and manpower needs are met on time.
• Monitor the recruitment progress and troubleshoot where required & Participate in preliminary interviews and assess functional, behavioral and leadership capabilities of the candidates.
