Key responsibilities:

  • Build and develop the HR department.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, training and employee retention.
  • Develop service culture and employee engagement.
  • Implement internal rules, HR policies and labour discipline.
  • Develop motivation, KPI and performance review systems.
  • Support department heads in people management.
  • Oversee HR administration in line with local labour legislation.

Candidate requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Director, Head of HR or Senior HR Manager.
  • Experience in a large company with at least 100 employees.
  • Hospitality, restaurant or service industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, training, motivation, performance management and labour discipline.
  • Knowledge of labour legislation and HR administration.
  • Fluent Russian.
  • English: Intermediate or higher.
  • Citizenship of Uzbekistan or CIS countries.
  • Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.
