HR Director ABA

The Director of Human Resources provides strategic and operational HR leadership for an ABA organization serving children and families in Boro Park. This role oversees all HR functions including recruitment strategy, employee relations, compliance, performance management, benefits administration, and organizational development. The Director ensures HR policies and practices align with New York State labor laws, Medicaid-funded healthcare requirements, and ABA industry standards. Responsibilities include supervising HR staff, partnering with executive leadership on workforce planning, supporting retention and engagement initiatives, overseeing disciplinary processes, and ensuring proper documentation and audit readiness. The role also supports onboarding, credentialing coordination, and training compliance for clinical and administrative staff. The ideal candidate has strong healthcare HR experience, excellent judgment, cultural competence, and the ability to build scalable systems in a growing ABA environment.
