HR Data Analytic Intern

• Assist in collecting and cleaning employee data from various sources.
• Process data using Excel or Google Sheets to create basic reports.
• Create simple data visualizations (charts, tables) to display trends and patterns.
• Help analyze data related to employee turnover, attendance, productivity, and engagement.
• Support the team in preparing clear and understandable reports for management.

Requirements

• Current student or recent graduate in a relevant field (Statistics, Management, Psychology, Information Technology, or other related disciplines).
• Basic data analysis skills – familiar with Excel or Google Sheets, SQL and Phyton as point plus.
• Good communication skills – able to explain analysis results clearly and simply.
• Interest in HR and data-driven decision-making.
• Preferred: Basic experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Willing to work in BSD, South Tangerang.
