Job description

The main missions of the role are to: 

The role of the Division HR Controller is responsible for driving HR controlling activities at division level, ensuring data accuracy, transparency, and actionable insights to support business decision-making. This role acts as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders by managing HR data, reporting, budgeting, and digital initiatives. 

 

The main missions of the role are to: 

  1. HR Controlling & Monthly Closing Management 

  • Lead the monthly HR closing process at division level, ensuring timely and accurate data consolidation from all sites 

  • Review and validate actuals vs. forecast data, identify deviations and provide root-cause analysis 

  • Coordinate with site HR and finance teams to ensure consistency and reliability of HR data 

  • Drive continuous improvement of closing processes, standardization, and data quality 

  1. Reporting & Data Analytics 

  • Design, develop, and deliver regular HR reports and dashboards tailored to business needs  

  • Provide insightful analysis on key HR KPIs (e.g., attrition, absenteeism, headcount evolution, training metrics)  

  • Translate data into actionable recommendations for HR and business leadership  

  • Act as a key interface between HR, Finance, and business teams for data-related topics 

  1. Budgeting, Forecasting & Strategic Planning 

  • Own and coordinate the annual HR budget and strategic planning (SP) process at division level  

  • Consolidate, validate, and challenge inputs from sites to ensure alignment with business targets  

  • Monitor budget execution and provide variance analysis and forecasting updates  

  • Support leadership in workforce planning and cost optimization decisions 

  1. HR Data Governance & Tools 

  • Ensure standardization and governance of HR data definitions, processes, and reporting logic across sites  

  • Drive adoption and effective usage of digital HR tools (e.g., Power BI, HRIS, Power Platform)  

  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards and data visualization solutions  

  • Act as a key contributor to HR digitalization initiatives within the division 

  1. Cross-site Coordination & Capability Building 

  • Act as the central point of contact for HR controlling topics across all sites  

  • Provide guidance and training to local HR teams on reporting standards, closing processes, and tools 

  1. Projects & Continuous Improvement 

  • Lead or participate in division-level HR projects (e.g., digital transformation, KPI framework enhancement)  

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and data accuracy  

  • Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives as required by management 

7. Compliance 

  • Ensure compliance with company ethics, data governance, and control standards  

  • Maintain high standards of data confidentiality and integrity
