Job Description:

The HR Business Partner will provide HR support to Ivy Rehab for Kids teammates, leaders, and clinics in one territory (to be determined). This position offers remote work with periodic travel to clinics and Ivy's home office. Responsibilities include partnering with leadership to ensure regions have the talent resources needed to meet goals, focusing on teammate retention and engagement, promoting an engaging work environment, and ensuring labor law compliance.  

 

This role will also provide direct strategic support across the Ivy Rehab for Kids enterprise to elevate the broader people strategy.   • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 

  • 5+ years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-site environment 

  • PHR/SPHR/GPHR preferred 

  • In-depth knowledge of state and federal labor laws 

  • Willing to travel periodically to clinical locations
