Job Description
As an HR Business Partner Intern, you will work with your team and provide support on administrative tasks related to employee processes and data management.

In your new role you will:

• Perform administrative tasks related to new hires and exits
• Assist with employee communications and announcements
• Assist with the development and implementation of HR-related projects
• Help with the management of HR-related data and metrics
• Support other HR internal processes

Your Profile
You are a proactive person that is able to establish a successful cooperation within your team, in order to achieve goals. You are result-oriented, capable of structuring your own work and taking responsibility. Furthermore, your strong orientation to your internal customers allows you to focus on their needs and to provide timely feedback.

You are best equipped for this position if you:

• Are a student of Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent field
• Have user level skills in MS Office tools
• Have strong administrative and organizing skills
• Have a proactive personality with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
• Are fluent in English and Hungarian (both spoken and written form)
