Within HR, you will support Euroapi's growth as a newly created CDMO and global leader in small molecule APIs by attracting, engaging and developing our people to reinvent active ingredient solutions to sustainably meet the needs of customers and patients worldwide.

Day-to-day on the job :

As a HR Business Partner Industrial Operations (IO), you :

  • contribute to the development of the HR strategy to advance the company’s mission.

  • Provide Global HRBP support to Industrial Operations Global Function and enable the business strategy while ensuring requirements are translated into an effective HR agenda and implementation at international scope.

  • Promote a consistent delivery of HR support to the Euroapi teams in the international scope, in partnership with CoE’s.

  • Lead HR service delivery excellence across all sites in scope ensuring effective business partnering and HR operations . Ensure the ongoing development of the HR teams through coaching and support.

  • Provide organizational development interventions aligned to business needs e.g. conducting organizational diagnostics and developing the appropriate actions plans in areas such as leadership, talent development/succession planning, employee engagement, organization effectiveness, culture, skills/competencies development etc.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Industrial Operations Business Partnering: Proactively diagnose the “IO” organizational needs, design and implement strategic people and change related actions that create value for the business. This will include:

    • Support a business-driven talent acquisition process for critical positions and monitoring its implementation – working closely with the local teams

    • Drive a culture of talent development across the organization, functions and countries

    • Identify the future leaders and ensure actionable development plans and follow up

    • Provide strategic HR guidance to the IO leadership team

    • Facilitate the optimum organization design/redesign in support of the business plan

    • Drive a culture of performance, results orientation and positive employee relation

  • Culture: Support the development and maintenance of the company culture according to our values & behaviors to foster an open-minded, diverse, inclusive, and collaborative working environment where employees can bring their best to work. Lead by example.

  • Transformation: Support the transformation of the company and the implementation of the people related impact. Provide support to change management. Support leaders, employees, and HR in initiatives to drive behavioral change and improve collaboration across functions/countries.

  • Social dialogue: support the development and maintenance of a consistent, trustful and constructive social dialogue in all Euroapi international countries

  • HR Leadership: Supports the development of the team by identifying the skills and competencies that employees need for their current and prospective roles.

  • SWP: Coordinate Strategic Workforce Planning as needed. Develop and/or review recommendations of people skills gaps to improve efficiency and enable implementation of business strategies

  • Compliance and efficiency: Ensure the implementation of Corporate policies and guidelines legal compliance throughout human resource management.

  • Drive and improve HR processes across geographies.

Our requirements

Education / Experience

  • University degree plus significant HR experience in local, regional and/or leading a CoE.

  • Previous successful management of significant restructuring, divestiture,  acquisition and growth

  • Experience in pharmaceutical /chemical industry

  • Experience in managing social relations in European & French Environments

  • Ability to sucessfully work in a matrix organization

Technical skills & Competencies / Language

  • Ability to build and maintain healthy relationships and credibility with stakeholders at all levels

  • Effective communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively motivate colleagues at all levels
