Today we are looking for a HR Business Partner to support our EU organization across the DACH and Nordics scope. Based in Munich, you will act as the local HR representative for approximately 70 employees across Germany, Austria and Sweden, partnering closely with senior leaders and C-level stakeholders. 

Your role 

• Act as the trusted HR Business Partner for managers and senior leaders across the DACH/Nordics cluster. 

• Provide hands-on support across the employee lifecycle, including employee relations, onboarding, performance management, talent development and organizational topics. 

• Represent HR locally in Munich and ensure strong alignment with the DHR and HR Operations teams. 

• Support local HR rituals, events and initiatives that strengthen culture and employee engagement. 

• Advise leaders pragmatically on people topics while balancing strategic priorities with operational execution. 

• Contribute to consistent HR practices across the region while adapting to local needs and context.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner role. 

• Fluency in German and English. 

• Strong autonomy, leadership and ability to partner with senior and top management stakeholders. 

• Hands-on mindset with the willingness to manage both strategic and operational HR topics. 

• Experience supporting Sales populations. 

• Previous exposure to Talent Development and/or Operations is a plus. 

• Experience with Poland and Sweeden is a plus. 

• Comfortable working in an international, growing and pragmatic environment, not only in large corporate structures.
