What You'll Do

  • Collaborate closely with department leaders to understand and support their business strategies through effective HR practices.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, providing guidance on HR policies, performance management, and career development.
  • Analyze HR metrics to diagnose issues and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Mediate and resolve employee relations issues with empathy and discretion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Experience with HR tools and technologies for data analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with all levels of the organization.
  • Thorough understanding of HR best practices and current employment laws.
