In addition, you’ll also focus on:

  • Acting as a trusted partner, building credibility before challenging or influencing

  • Strong generalist HR experience, ideally within a fast-paced or operational environment

  • Demonstrable experience managing employee relations cases end-to-end with strong process, compliance, and documentation knowledge

  • Strong judgement and the ability to prioritise effectively, follow direction, and deliver appropriate outcomes

  • High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and professional standards

  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain key trackers and reporting requirements

  • Comfortable working with HR data and presenting information clearly

Highly Valued:

  • HR experience in an operational or multi-site environment

  • Ability to balance coaching, support, and challenge appropriately

  • A pragmatic, visible, and hands-on approach to HR
