As part of the team, you will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support enterprise customers, understand business requirements, and help maximize the value of digital transformation initiatives. You will play an important role in driving customer success, improving user experiences, and ensuring organizations achieve greater efficiency through modern software platforms.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with enterprise customers to understand business processes and software adoption requirements.
• Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SaaS solutions based on customer needs.
• Guide users through platform capabilities and recommend best practices to improve productivity and process compliance.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Assist in onboarding, training, and enabling customers to maximize platform adoption.
• Troubleshoot customer issues, provide timely resolutions, and escalate complex technical challenges when required.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate enhancement opportunities to internal product teams.
• Monitor customer usage, adoption metrics, and engagement to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions, implementation activities, and support processes.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and help deliver high-quality customer outcomes.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 0+ years of experience, with a strong interest in Enterprise SaaS, Customer Success, Technical Support, or Business Solutions.
• Good understanding of cloud-based software platforms and enterprise business applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand customer workflows and recommend effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving business requirements.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Basic understanding of enterprise applications such as CRM, ERP, HCM, or similar platforms will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to customer success and business growth.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
