We’re hiring an HR Associate to provide employee support, HR administration, and recruitment assistance. This hybrid role offers exposure across multiple HR functions. This role will be working 3 days a week from our Goregaon, Mumbai office. 

Roles and responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee HR-related queries and provide support on HR policies, processes, and programs.
  • Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, HR records, and HRIS updates.
  • Maintain attendance, leave, employee data, and payroll inputs, ensuring accuracy and timely record management.
  • Prepare and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and workforce data to support operational and compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with IT to ensure system access and set up is facilitated on time.
  • Own employee engagement initiatives and coordinate wellness programs, culture-building activities, employee celebrations, and recognition programs to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Support employee relations matters and assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and employee-focused programs.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support recruitment activities and maintain cross-functional knowledge to provide backup support when required
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the office premises, attending the office three days a week and ensuring timely routing of communications to relevant stakeholders.

  • 2–4 years of HR support, HR operations, or administrative experience.
