We are currently seeking to recruit a HR Associate to join our Payroll team in Athens.
Requirements
Main Responsibilities
- Managing and monitoring employee attendance and working time records through digital time-tracking systems
- Submitting programs/changes and forms to public organizations like ERGANI II/SEPE
- Monitoring compliance with the Digital Work Card (Digital Labor Card) framework and supporting its day-to-day administration
- Handling personnel requests with great care
Candidate's Profile
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Methodical with keen attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Team-oriented with a proactive and service-focused mindset
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized institution
- Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel
- Previous experience in Payroll, HR Operations, or Personnel Administration
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ERGANI II
- Good understanding and practical experience in managing the Digital Work Card framework
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, SAP and ScanHRMS knowledge will be considered an asset
