About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR & Safety Administrator to join our warehouse and distribution team. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is based at our Discovery Rd, Dandenong South. Great role for someone who is looking to gain deep experience in a dynamic and supportive learning environment.

What You’ll Do:

Make a difference: Provide critical administrative and operational support across HR, safety, and employee relations processes that keep site operations running smoothly.

Innovate and solve problems: Maintain accurate data, manage safety reporting systems, and support compliance and audit readiness across training, incidents, and documentation.

Collaborate: Partner with frontline leaders to deliver timely HR/ER documentation and onboarding support.

Continuous improvement: Contribute to improving onboarding processes, communication tools, and reporting insights across the warehouse operation.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in HR, administration, or safety support, ideally in manufacturing, logistics, or blue-collar environments
• Strong systems capability, MS Office and exposure to HRIS or safety systems would be advantageous
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and a proactive, service-oriented mindset
• A Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety is desirable, but not essential
• Partners closely with site leaders to support site-based safety and HR investigations
• Willingness to travel across AU
