Apply to this jobOur client, a leading software and technology organization, is looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Software Consultant | SCAN HRMS to join its HR Applications Services & Support team.
This role is ideal for professionals with solid experience in payroll administration, Greek labour legislation and SCAN HRMS, who are looking to transition into a consulting role, supporting clients in the successful implementation and optimization of HR & Payroll software solutions.
Mission: You will act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle of the SCAN HRMS platform. You will manage implementation projects, analyze business requirements, configure the application according to customer needs, deliver user training and support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction.
The Opportunity
You will be responsible for:
- Managing new client implementation projects, ensuring the successful transition to productive use of SCAN HRMS.
- Configuring and customizing the SCAN HRMS application according to each client's operational requirements.
- Delivering end-user training and providing guidance on the optimal use of the platform.
- Providing remote and on-site functional support to clients.
- Collaborating with consultants and software developers on complex implementation projects.
- Performing business analysis, gap analysis and solution design.
- Recommending system improvements and best practices aligned with clients' HR and payroll processes.
- Building strong client relationships and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Requirements
Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Payroll, HR Administration or HR & Payroll Consulting.
- Proven hands-on experience with SCAN HRMS (mandatory).
- Excellent knowledge of Greek Labour and Social Security legislation.
- Very good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of SQL, scripting or reporting tools.
- Understanding of databases and information systems architecture.
