This position provides leadership to on-site staff while ensuring quality resident services, high occupancy, timely rent collection, property maintenance, regulatory compliance, and strong financial performance. font-style: normal; text-indent: 0"><br style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0"><span style="color: inherit; font-style: normal; text-indent: 0">EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:</span><br style="color: inherit; margin-right: 0; margin-bottom: 8pt" class="userway-s7-active">Supervise the daily operations of assigned affordable housing communities to ensure efficient, effective, and compliant property management.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p style="margin-top: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-bottom: 8pt" class="userway-s7-active">Provide leadership, coaching, and performance oversight for assigned housing staff, ensuring accountability and adherence to agency policies and procedures. &nbsp;</p></li><li><p style="margin-top: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-bottom: 8pt" class="userway-s7-active">Ensure compliance with HUD regulations, LIHTC requirements, Housing Authority policies, Fair Housing laws, and other applicable federal, state, and local regulations. &nbsp;</p></li><li><p style="margin-top: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-bottom: 8pt" class="userway-s7-active">Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure work orders, preventive maintenance, inspections, and unit make readies are completed timely and meet quality standards.&nbsp;</p></li><li><p style="margin-top: 0; margin-right: 0; margin-bottom: 8pt" class="userway-s7-active">Collaborate with Housing Choice Voucher staff, Resident Services, contractors, vendors, and community partners to support resident success and efficient operations. &nbsp;</p></li><li><p style="margin-top: 0;
