Position Overview

The Houseperson / Housekeeping Support position assists the housekeeping department by maintaining cleanliness in public areas, supporting room attendants, and ensuring supplies and linens are stocked throughout the hotel.

This role is ideal for individuals who are dependable, active, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver linens, towels, and supplies to housekeeping staff
• Remove trash and used linens from guest floors
• Clean and maintain public areas, hallways, and storage rooms
• Assist room attendants with cleaning tasks as needed
• Maintain organization of housekeeping carts and storage areas
• Respond to housekeeping and guest service support requests

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, or hotel experience preferred, but not required
• Reliable with strong attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Comfortable with active, physical work throughout the shift

No hotel experience required — training provided for the right candidate.

Schedule Requirements

• Typical shift: 8:00 AM
• Weekend and holiday availability required
• Part-time hours based on business needs

Work Environment
