Mar-Bella Collection is looking for a passionate Housekeeping Team Leader to join our  team for 2026 in Corfu

• Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to maintain hotel cleanliness standards.
• Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards.
• Assign daily tasks and schedules to housekeeping staff.
• Report maintenance issues and coordinate with the engineering/maintenance team for repairs.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, and assist with stock management.
• Support in the recruitment, induction, and evaluation of housekeeping staff.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene procedures, including COVID-19 protocols if applicable.
• Handle guest complaints or requests related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
• Maintain records of staff performance, attendance, and daily operations.

Requirements

• Previous experience in housekeeping, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, chemicals, and equipment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
