As a Seasonal Housekeeping Team Leader at HVC, you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to make memorable vacation memories, where everyone is connected by care and inclusivity.  

Hourly Pay Rate: $24.30

$500.00 Starting Bonus - Bonus is paid out at $250 after 30 days of employment, $250 after 90 days of employment.

As a Housekeeping Team Leader, a typical day will include:   

• Completes checklists to report the cleanliness and condition of each assigned area.  

• Identifies room assignments and types of cleaning required for each room.  

• Inspects guest rooms after being cleaned by the Housekeeper.  

• Identifies the turns and reports to the Manager order to which rooms will be cleaned and ready.  

• Responds promptly to requests from guests and other departments.  

• Enters status of rooms cleaned on assignment sheets.  

• Assists all aspects, within the Housekeeping discipline, up to but not limited to cleaning rooms/villas, house aide duties, and public space cleaning.    

Guest Experience and Company Standards  

• Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.  

• Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.  

• Contribute to team goals.  

• Always follow company policies and safety procedures.  

To Become a Housekeeping Team Leader at HVC:   

• Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.  

• Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.  

• Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
