Housekeeping Supervisor | Delonix Hotel Karawang

We are in search of young talent with an energetic personality, yet elegant that fulfill the requirements for a Housekeeping Supervisor to work with our Rooms team at Delonix Hotel Karawang.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by Housekeeper to ensure quality standards.
• Run sold room reports, verify room status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize room cleaning, and update status of departing guest rooms.
• Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities.
• Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry.
• Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk.
• Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments.
• Communicate issues to next shift.
• Complete required paperwork.

Requirements

• Graduated from bachelor of Accounting/ Hospitality degree.
• Excellent command of spoken and written is necessary, both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Posses previous housekeeping experience as Supervisor
• Have a good health condition
• Must be flexible in working hours subject to season and occupancy
• Indonesian citizen only
