Job Responsibilities:
Have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set
Be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the Company
Handle guest enquirers in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests
Job Requirements:
3 years’ experience in similar capacity in a 5 star luxury Hotel, Resort or Casino environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese. English preferable
Knowledge of chemical usage and machinery operation preferred
