Housekeeping Cleaner (KBH)

As a Housekeeping Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel rooms. You will work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure that our guests experience a comfortable and pleasant stay. With our customer-centric approach and commitment to continuous improvement, you will be contributing to the success of our hotels through your exceptional cleaning skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize assigned hotel rooms according to the established standards and procedures
• Change bed linen, replenish towels, and ensure that all amenities are properly stocked
• Vacuum, mop, and dust floors, furniture, and fixtures
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors
• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient room turnover and timely response to guest requests
• Adhere to safety and security protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment

Requirements

• Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeping attendant in a hotel or similar setting
• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and practices
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and work on your feet for extended periods
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts as per the hotel's needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
