About Our Family

We’re a busy, warm, and energetic family of four. Our two school-aged boys are the center of our world. They are curious, creative, and full of personality. They each have their own unique interests and strengths, and they thrive with the right balance of structure, consistency, encouragement, and fun.

Like many families, our days are full as we balance school, activities, work, and all the details that keep a household running smoothly. We are looking for someone who can step in as a true partner, someone who enjoys creating order, anticipating needs, and helping our home feel calm and organized behind the scenes.

The right person will be warm, proactive, dependable, professional, and someone who genuinely enjoys being part of a lively household. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates openly, and brings a positive, thoughtful presence to our family’s daily rhythm.

Who You Are / What We're Looking For

  • Warm, Kind, and Patient: You bring a calm, supportive presence to the home and genuinely enjoy being around children. You understand that every child is different and thrives in an environment where curiosity, creativity, and personality are celebrated
  • A Collaborative Partner: You work alongside parents to create routines and systems that truly fit the household. You bring ideas, communicate openly, and help solve problems in a way that feels supportive
  • Highly Organized and Proactive: You naturally see what needs to be done and enjoy bringing structure to a busy household. You are comfortable managing schedules, appointments, household details, and the many small tasks that help family life run smoothly and are fluent in all of the technologies needed (shared calendars, AI-driven planning, etc.)
  • Experienced with Family Logistics: You enjoy helping families stay ahead of the daily details, from school routines and extracurricular schedules to meal planning, appointments, and household planning. You are the family's logistical backbone, managing a complex, ever-shifting household calendar and keeping everything running on time
  • Comfortable with Energetic Children: You have experience supporting energetic children. You bring patience, flexibility, and a sense of humor while helping children build routines, independence, and confidence
  • A Thoughtful Meal Supporter: You are comfortable preparing family meals, following recipes, and helping create consistent food routines. You enjoy making mealtimes easier and are open to supporting a family with specific dietary preferences and evolving needs
  • Flexible and Adaptable: You understand that every week in a busy household looks a little different. You can shift between daily responsibilities, organizational projects, family support, and unexpected needs while keeping priorities on track
  • Professional and Trustworthy: You understand the importance of being a reliable presence in a private home. You communicate well, maintain appropriate boundaries, and bring maturity, discretion, and good judgment to your work
