About Our Family

Every successful household has someone behind the scenes making life run seamlessly. The kind of person whose thoughtful work allows everything—and everyone—to flourish. That's exactly what our family is looking to add to our team.

We're a warm, loving and on the go family with two young children, two lovable dogs, two wonderful cats, and a home that's full of laughter, energy, and the joyful unpredictability that comes with this stage of family life. We care deeply about creating a home that feels calm, welcoming, and connected, where our time is spent making memories together rather than constantly catching up on the next chore.

As our family enters a new chapter, we're looking for an experienced Household Manager who will become a trusted partner in helping our home run smoothly. One parent works from home in a demanding professional role, while the other will be away for an extended period. More than simply helping with household tasks, we're looking for someone who can create the systems, consistency, and daily rhythm that allow our family to feel supported during this transition.

This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership. Someone who naturally keeps the laundry moving, prepares meals and lunches, maintains tidy and inviting living spaces, stays a step ahead of household needs, and notices the little things before they become bigger ones. The goal isn't perfection—it's creating a home that feels cared for and runs with ease.

If you find genuine fulfillment in bringing order to busy days, creating calm amid the everyday hustle, and giving a family the gift of more time together, we would be truly excited to welcome you into our home.

Who You Are

You’re drawn to being a family’s steady backbone of support—because it genuinely comes naturally to you. You notice what needs to be done before anyone asks, think ahead, solve problems independently, and create order wherever you go. You understand that exceptional household management is proactive, not reactive—and that small, consistent efforts make the biggest difference.

You’re warm, professional, and genuinely enjoy working in a family environment. While this isn’t primarily a childcare role, children are at the heart of our home, and your calm, kind, dependable presence matters. You’re comfortable jumping in for an occasional afternoon pick-up, if it means more weight off the family’s shoulders.

You’re organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and an excellent communicator. You don’t need to be micromanaged; you take pride in your work, manage priorities independently, and consistently follow through.

Most importantly, you understand the purpose behind the work. Every meal prepped, every load of laundry folded, every room reset, and every errand completed creates something far more valuable than a tidy home—it creates time: time for parents to be present, evenings that feel less rushed, and a home that runs with greater ease.

You’re the kind of person who wants to become a true part of our household—someone who naturally takes ownership, finds real satisfaction in creating order, and takes pride in making a meaningful difference every day.
