Job Description

• Oversees all operations and day-to-day activities in a hotel organization including managing everything from accounting, sales, business development, and customer service.
• Ensure full compliance with Hotel operation control, SOP’s policies, procedures and service standards
• Responsible for the preparation, presentation and subsequent achievement of the hotel’s annual operating Budget, Marketing and sales plan and capital budget.
• Ensure all the decision is made in the best of the hotel and management.
• Developing improvement actions and carry out costs saving.
• Prepare a monthly management report.
• Coordination with HODs for the execution of all the activities and functions.
• Overseeing and managing all departments and working closely with department heads on daily basis.
• Monitoring employee performance and conducting regular evaluations to help improve customer service.
• Resolving issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies.
• Organizing activities and assigning responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity.
• Creating and applying a marketing strategy to promote the hotel’s services and amenities.
• Coordinating with external parties, including suppliers, travel agencies, and conference planners.
• Evaluating hotel performance and ensuring compliance with health and safety rules.
• Partaking in financial activities, including establishing room rates, setting budgets, and assigning funds to departments.
