The role

Crown Sydney is looking for exceptional talent to join us as a full-time Hotel Concierge Attendant. Based in the heart of our Hotel Lobby, you’ll provide personalised experiences for a variety of guests, visitors and VIPs during their stay, working closely with other internal departments to create exciting and memorable experiences. From welcoming guests to providing expert recommendations, you’ll coordinate services across the resort, sharing expert property knowledge and information on dining, wellness, retail, gaming and entertainment, as well as local activities, events and attractions to enhance the overall guest experience.

Please note that you’ll need flexibility to work 8-hour shifts between 7 am and 11 pm, with potential for overnight shifts from time to time. Shifts are rostered in advance, across a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.

You’ll be:

  • Delivering professional, smooth and effective daily operations of the Hotel Concierge desk

  • Providing suggestions and coordinating activity services for guests such as facilities, bookings & reservations

  • Offering excellent product knowledge of current & upcoming events at Crown Hotels and the broader Crown complex

  • Collaborating with other departments such as Front Office, Bell, Spa, Gaming and Food & Beverage

  • Ensuring data entry/admin and history records are managed accurately in the Opera PMS and SevenRooms

You’ll bring:

  • Experience in a similar frontline / customer-facing role within a busy, high-volume hotel environment

  • Understanding of Property Management Systems (preferably OPERA)

  • Proven ability and skills to provide superior customer service standards and requirements in a luxury setting

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with high attention to detail and quality

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds, including VIP clientele

  • A positive, can-do attitude, proven work ethic, and a high level of emotional intelligence and discretion
